What is an infiorata?
Infiorata means "to lay flowers" or "carpet of flowers" in Italian.
"Infiorata Kobe" started in 1997 with the idea of "beautifully coloring Kobe, which was damaged after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake," inspired by the Infiorata held in Genzano, Italy.
It has beenheld uninterrupted for 29 years, and has now become a tradition that colors Kobe's Golden Week.
Oh, next year is the 30th anniversary of !
By the way, this year it was held on May 3rd ~ 5th.
I will complete the flower painting in the morning of the 3rd.
These flower paintings are drawn by volunteers who live and work in the area.

However, there are restrictions on those who can see it on an aerial work platform, and not everyone can see the flower paintings from above!
What does a flower painting look like when viewed from above?
So, at the request of the executive committee, I took a picture with a drone.
I have completed the notification from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the police
The police closed the road, so permission was OK only to report.
Also, since it is NG during the time when people are gathered, we shoot outside of event time and when there are no people (early in the morning).
